Lesley Sillaman has been promoted to managing director of HAVAS Red U.S., where she will oversee day-to-day agency operations and drive the agency’s positioning for continued growth in the U.S. market. With nearly two decades at HAVAS, Lesley has played a critical role in the agency’s expansion, leading the Pittsburgh office and serving as a key member of the Global Collective, coordinating cross-border campaigns with HAVAS Red teams worldwide.
